1. QT9-15 block making machine integrates the merits of QT6-15 and QT8-15 block making machines, and through optimization design, it is easier for the mould platform to combine the modulus and swing blocks of products produced and more flexible for the matching mode of production line. It can be an economical mode of well-selected layout and also suitable for full-automatic production line mode. 2. Siemens control system and four-axis synchronous vibration system can make the machine stable and easy to operate. 3. One machine can be multi-purpose and moulds can be changed to produce different types of products such as floor tiles, pc bricks and hollow blocks. 4. Either 360℃ rotational arch-broken material displacement or horizontal grille material displacement mechanism can be selected according to the need of production of different products. 5. Electric adjustment can be made on the lifting mechanism of platform and this is convenient and quick to adjust the height of different products. |
