1. Light weight and economy:
The wallboard with 75 mm thickness is equivalent to 1/7 of the weight of 120 mm thick masonry, which reduces the cost of the structure and enlarges the use area. Manpower is easy to handle and install, without affecting synchronous construction, material transport volume is small, building load is reduced, building cost is reduced.
2. Simple and fast construction:
Wall dry operation, assembly construction, wall can be arbitrarily cut to adjust width and length. Lightweight wallboard itself is inorganic, never burning, and will not produce toxic gases. It is an ideal fireproof material, and also provides certain fireproof function for the structure. Take 9cm thick wallboard as an example, the fireproof limit at 1000 degrees Celsius is more than 4 hours.
4. Good seismic integrity:
The wall itself is a three-in-one structure. The slab and slab are joined together by tenons, and the impact resistance performance is 1.5 times that of ordinary masonry. The wall is anchored by steel structure method, which has high strength and can be used as a high-storey, long-span partition wall, and the overall seismic performance is 10 times higher than that of ordinary masonry wall. The system has the advantages of compact structure, good integrity, no deformation, not easy to loosen the wall and good seismic resistance.
5. New environmental protection:
Taking Hongyi mechanical light partition board production line as an example, raw materials such as EPS particles, XPS particles, ceramsite, modified perlite and other light materials belong to non-radioactive A products (in line with the national G/T169-2005 standard).
