Features of T1600 brick making machine:the work platform of T1600 brick making machine has good adaptability and can be divided into different stacking specifications by swing block. 1. Automatic moving platform: backing material press machine and the material press machine are respectively independent on a solid frame and equipped with independent forward mechanism which can realize the automatic moving and closing. 2. Automatic electric platform adjustment mechanism: this mechanism can adjust and design the production of products of different heights and the adjustment is convenient and fast. 3. Horizontal forced material displacement mechanism: this mechanism has material arch-broken and flattening function and can feed materials into the mould cavity more evenly and quickly. 4. Pneumatic cutting device: the backing material and material displacement mechanism can conduct pneumatic dynamic cutting to make products achieve better quality. 5. By replacing moulds, products of different specifications can be produced within the effective work range of mould platform. |
